As a professional woman in leadership, I fully appreciate the struggles that my female colleagues face while managing and balancing their personal and professional life. For many, merging personal and professional life provides its own unique stressors and the decisions you make can leave you feeling overwhelmed and uncertain; sometimes evoking emotions you thought you had overcome- or creating new ones you’ve never experienced. These arising emotions and feelings can leave anyone who is used to having everything “just so” in a state of perplexity. It’s at these times we must do our best to pivot – find new ways of being and thinking. If any of this sounds familiar to you, let’s talk.
